Logging Warranty Information


- Email support@restrap.com with details of product, warranty issue and original invoice number if possible.

- Pictures are required for all warranty requests. 

- Items can only be returned for credit or repair once a case number has been allocated.

- We will be in touch to issue a returns authorisation number. This must be quoted on the outside of the box being returned.

Handling Unrepairable Products


Even products which are broken beyond repair will need returning to Restrap, unless approved otherwise by Restrap.

Please do not destroy, or instruct customers to destroy products, unless asked to do so by Restrap.


Repairable Products


If the product is repairable, please provide details of this. This can then be repaired in house, at Restrap.


Please store until shipping instructions are supplied. 


Credit Process


Credit for faulty or missing products will be initiated upon review of the completed warranty sheet, once the goods have been returned, or another solution agreed.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement product with your available stock, please contact support@restrap.com with details and a replacement will be sent out ASAP.
